On what legal basis do we process your data?

We process your data on the basis of the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Depending on the individual case, data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR), on the basis of a contract or a contract initiation with you (Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR), to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 c) GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interests in the individual case (Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR).

To whom will my data be disclosed?

The recipients of your data are the relevant employees in each individual instance. Insofar as we work with external service providers who have access to your personal data, we place them under a contractual obligation to handle your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

How long will my data be stored?

Provided that no statutory retention periods apply in your case, we will continue to process your data until such time as you object to data processing or withdraw your consent to data processing. What are my rights?

You have the fundamental right to obtain information about your personal data, to correct or delete your data, to restrict data processing, to object to data processing, and you also have the right to data transmission (Art. 13 para. 2 in conjunction with Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You also have the right to raise a complaint with the regulatory authority: Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Friedrichstraße 219, 10969 Berlin.
